DPS Music Program Ad on Sale

Submit your ad as a PDF file to laradethomas@gmail.com. Please give your contact name, your student’s name, and telephone number in the email.
Please fill out the ad form and place the completed form in the Band Room “Ads” envelope with payment in full. Both the payment and the ad are due by Friday, May 11th – no late submissions will be accepted.
You will receive an email confirmation when your ad and payment have been received. If you do not receive a confirmation, we have NOT received your ad and/or payment. If you have questions, please contact Lara at 760-201-6912.
